2. Student Guide
2.1 Dashboard
Your home screen shows: enrolled courses, tests attempted, average score, pending assignments, the next live classes and the latest announcements.
2.2 Enrolling in a course
Go to Courses → All Courses and click Enroll now on a course.
Pick a batch (e.g. Morning / Evening — seats shown per batch) or choose Self-paced.
For paid courses, choose Card (Stripe) or UPI (Razorpay) and click Pay. You are enrolled instantly after payment.
2.3 Watching recorded video lectures & tracking progress
Open Courses → My Courses and click Continue learning.
The curriculum lists sections with video lectures (▶ icon) and PDF notes (📄 icon). Click a lesson title to watch/read it (opens in a new tab).
After finishing a lesson, click the circle next to it — it turns into a green tick and your progress % updates on the course page and My Courses card.
Certificate: when you reach 100% progress, a Certificate button appears on the course. Open it and use Print / Save as PDF to download your certificate of completion.
2.4 Live classes
Live Classes lists your upcoming sessions (filtered to your enrolled courses and batch). Click Join class at the scheduled time.
2.5 Mock tests
Open Tests and click Start test. A countdown timer runs; the test auto-submits when time is up.
Select one option per question and click Submit test to see your scorecard instantly.
Use Review answers to see the correct answer vs your choice for every question, and Leaderboard to see your rank and percentile.
Each test can be attempted only once.
2.6 Assignments
Open Assignments, click Submit work, write your answer, optionally paste a link and/or attach a file (PDF/images, max 25 MB).
After the teacher grades it, your marks and feedback appear on the same card (you'll also get a notification and email).
3. Teacher Guide
3.1 Dashboard & analytics
See your courses, enrolled students, tests, attempts and upcoming classes — plus charts for enrollments per course, test performance and assignment grading status.
Click Manage on the course, add sections (e.g. "Thermodynamics").
Inside each section add lessons: choose Video and paste the recording URL (YouTube, Vimeo, Drive, etc.), or choose PDF / Notes and either paste a URL or click Upload notes file to upload directly (max 25 MB).
3.3 Tracking student progress
On the course Manage page, the Enrolled Students table shows each student's lessons completed count. Students who finish all lessons automatically earn a certificate.
3.4 Batches
On the course Manage page, create batches (name, start date, schedule, capacity). Students pick a batch at enrollment; the table shows seats filled. Delete a batch anytime (its students become batch-less, still enrolled).
Optionally scope the class to a course and batch — only those students will see it (and get notified).
If Zoom is connected, tick Auto-create Zoom meeting to generate the join link automatically.
3.6 Mock tests
Tests → Create test: title, subject, duration, optionally link to a course (only its students see it).
Add MCQ questions (4 options each), mark the correct option with the radio button, set marks, and Publish.
Click View results on any test for the attempts table, average score and ranking.
3.7 Assignments & grading
Assignments → New assignment: title, subject, due date, max marks, instructions, optional course link.
Click the submissions button to read each student's work (including attached files), enter marks + feedback and click Grade. The student is notified instantly.
